Felipe Morales, 23, of Marion, IA, formerly of the Quad Cities died Sunday, June 17, 2007, at St. Lukes Methodist Hospital in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Funeral services will be 10a.m. Friday, June 22, 2007 at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or RICCA (Rock Island County Council on Addiction) 1607 John Deere Rd.East Moline, IL 61244.
Felipe was born September 28, 1983 in Moline to Felipe and Maria (Zepeda) Morales. He was a cook for the Pizza Hut in Marion, IA.
Felipe loved to tell jokes and was known as a jokester. He was always willing to help others and would take people under his wing. He also gave the gift of life when he donated his organs.
