Florence R. Beauchamp

Florence Rose Beauchamp, 89, beloved Christian mother and friend died peacefully in her sleep Saturday morning at home, January 24, 2004.
Private family services will be held in May 2004. Arrangements are by Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. Molinel.
Florence was born June 4, 1914 in Rockford, IL to Mr. and Helen Dubin. She married Ward V. Beauchamp on January 29, 1948 in Winnebago Co., IL.
Florence served as a secretary for many years at an oil company in Rockford. She was a member of the First Congregational Church, Moline. She was also a member of Kings Daughters and happily contributed many years in the church library. She was a supporter of Disabled American Veterans and other charities.
Florence enjoyed writing private poetry, letters and reading, especially Christian devotions.
She is survived by her husband and sons Jon K. Beauchamp, Moline; Monte Beauchamp, Chicago, IL; and Marc Beauchamp, Tucson, AZ.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
