Floyd A. Glasby, Jr., 81, of Rock Island died May 9, 2007 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline.
Floyd was born February 13, 1926 in St. Louis, MO to Floyd A. and Iretha Pruitt Glasby, Sr. He married Florence Erma Alexander on September 21, 1957 in St. Louis.
Floyd was a truck driver for Tri City Equipment Company retiring in 1990. He was an Army veteran.
