Frances H. Johnson, age 98, of Moline, died peacefully in her sleep and went home to live with her Savior on Friday, December 21, 2007 at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley.
Per her wishes, there will no visitation or services. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church, Moline. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Moline is assisting the family.
Frances was born December 16, 1909 in Moline, the daughter of Harold and Hulda (Dahlgren) Johnson. She never married and was care giver for her mother until her death.
Frances worked in her father's grocery store, the former Johnson's Market in Moline. She then went to work at Desaulnier's Company and retired in the early 1970's. Frances lived her entire life in Moline. She was a life member of First Lutheran Church, Moline where she was very active in church activities and church circles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Chester Johnson and sister Mildred Peterson Ind.
