Frances C. E. Temple, 93 of Galesburg formerly of Moline died January 6, 2004 at Seminary Manor, Galesburg.
Graveside service will be 9 a.m. Friday, January 9, 2004 at Memorial Park, Rock Island.

Frances Eckmann was born April 17, 1910 in Chicago, IL to Michael and Marie Weiss Eckmann. She married John K. Temple on May 29, 1937 in Chicago. He preceded her in death on June 18, 1962.
Frances was a director of Roc-Mer Council of Girl Scout, retiring in the mid 1950's. She was an active camper and outdoors woman.
Frances was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Rock Island. She was an Army veteran serving in WWII in the Women's Army Corps from August 4, 1943-October 23, 1945. She received her education on the G.I. Bill.
