Francine A. Brecht, 91, of Moline, died Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus.
Graveside service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, September 13, 2010. Anyone wishing to attend the graveside service should be at the funeral home by 9:30 A.M. Visitation will be held from 4 - 6 PM on, Sunday, September, 12, 2010 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Inurnment will be at the Rock Island Arsenal, National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center.
Francine was born on March 31, 1919 in Moline to Walter and Antionette Lawrick Sinkus. She married Paul W. Brecht. He preceded her in death in 1987. Francine had been a retail clerk at Petersen-Harned-Von Maur before she retired to devote her time to her family. She always held her family and loyal friends close to her heart.
Francine was a member at St. Anne's Church in East Moline where she belonged to the St. Monica Group.
