Gary Lee Beldin, 68, of Colona, died September 28, 2009 at his home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave. Moline. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Genesis Hospice.
Gary was born August 31, 1941 in Davenport to Orville and Nina (Streicher) Beldin. He married Patricia Cocquyt-King on August 5, 1988 in Milan.
Gary was a tool and die maker for over 40 years working for Sears Automotive, Swan Engineering, Alcoa, Caterpillar and Case IH retiring in 1993.
Gary was a member of UAW Local #1309. He enjoyed woodworking and working on cars. He was a "jack of all trades." He loved to travel the world and his favorite place was Hong Kong.
He is survived by
