Georgia H.Conley Stevers, 82, of Moline, IL, died Thursday, February 21, 2013, at Rosewood Care Center, Moline.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Sunset Lawn Cemetery, Harrisburg, IL. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Georgia was born on October 17, 1930, in Mountain Township Saline County, IL, the daughter of Henry Nelson and Eula Ann (Sneed) Conley. She married William Eugene Stevers in June of 1948, and three children were born from this union, Patricia Ann Stevers, Wendel E. Stevers, and Wayne E. Stevers. Georgia moved to the Quad Cities in 1956 with her family. Georgia worked as a Dietary Supervisor for East Moline Mental Health and East Moline Correctional Center and retired with 25 years of service to the State of Illinois. Georgia loved quilting and working on the family history with her son.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Patricia Ann Stevers; brother, Henry Conley, Jr.; ex-husband, William Eugene Stevers; stepfather, Louis Otto Edwards; and sister, Gertie Mae Edwards Myers.
A precious one from us is gone, a voice we loved is still, her place is vacant in our home, which never can be filled, never shall she be forgotten, never from our memory fade. Loving hearts shall always linger around the grave where you were laid.
