Georgianna Ferestad, age 73, of DeWitt, IA, died Friday, April 29, 2005 at Trinity West Medical Center, Rock Island.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Arlington Hills Cemetery, Bangor, MI. Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd., Moline, is handling the arrangements.
Georgianna was born June 10, 1931 in Bangor, MI. the daughter of Bertram and Esther Perry Hills. She raised her family in Schererville, IN. She retired to Gary, IN. and was a recent resident of DeWitt, IA.
Georgianna was educated as a teacher. She was a gifted seamstress. She was involved with the PTA and Scouts. She enjoyed bird watching and nature.
