Gerald T. "Jerry" Goodlander, Jr, age 56 of Colona, died Friday, June 9, 2006 at his home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 12, 2006 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded after the services. Memorials may be made to Pathway Hospice.
Jerry was born November 17, 1949 in East Chicago, IN. the son of Gerald Thomas and Lucille Campbell Goodlander, Sr.
Jerry was employed as a truck driver for Yellow Freight Company. He enjoyed fishing, bicycling, traveling, doing yard work and working on the house and in his shop. Jerry loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved his dogs, and he had a great sense of humor.
