Geraldine Lewis, 82 of East Moline formerly of Moline passed away January 16, 2004 at Rosewood Health Care Center, Moline.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association or Trinity Lutheran Church, Moline.
Geraldine was born February 9, 1921 in Moline to Kyle and Ruth Gustafson Lewis.
Geraldine was employed at the Quad City Tank arsenal during WWII and the former International Harvester Company in the East Moline plant for 32 ? years as a secretary in the Production Standard Dept. retiring in 1974.
Geraldine was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a life member of Oakwood Country Club. She was interested in all sports in active participation and viewing on TV, especially golf, bowling and college sports.
Survivors include cousins, Robert and Don Gustafson of Cambridge and several other cousins and many good friends.
