Gladys J. Teichman, of East Moline, died January 1, 2008 at Heartland Healthcare Center, Moline.
Mrs. Teichman has been cremated per her wishes. There will be no services. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Gladys was born March 21, 1929 in Wessington, SD to Edward and Florence (Vermost) Bonamie. She married George Teichman on September 6, 1947 in East Moline. He preceded her in death on July 27, 1997.
Gladys worked for 25 years has a head cashier for Eagle Food Center. Later she worked for George O' Barr School in Silvis. Gladys loved to cook and in her younger years she and her husband owned and raced horses.
