Glendoris "Sue" Peterson, 77 of Moline died May 12, 2004 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
There will be a private family service. Family and friends can gather to share their memories of Sue on Friday, May 14, 2004 from 4-7 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline, IL. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to American Red Cross, Quad Cities Chapter or Alleman High School.
Sue was born March 16, 1927 in Sewal, IA to Lennen and Colette (Waughop) Brattain. She married Wilbert Peterson on May 5, 1946 in Moline.
Sue was an excellent bowler and a member of the Whiteway Bowling League. She was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame in 1993. She also enjoyed playing golf and was a member of the Ladies Elks. Her favorite times were spent vacationing with her family in Hayward, Wisconsin.
