Guy Cruzen, 72, of Coal Valley, IL, died Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at Rosewood Care Center, Moline, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2012, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial is at National Cemetery at Rock Island Arsenal. Military Honors will be performed by Moline American Legion Post #246. Memorials may be made to the Rock Island County Animal Care & Control or a charity of your choice.

Guy was born on December 19, 1939, in Moline, IL, the son of Faulkner W. and Alice (Green) Cruzen. He married Bonnie Blackwell on March 28, 2004, in Las Vegas, NV. For 30 years he worked as a Laborer for International Harvester, retiring in 1994. Guy loved working in his yard and spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed going to motorcycle races and working on hot rods and going to the hot rod shows and swap meets.
