H. Gale Flynn

H. Gale Flynn, 76, of Moline, died March 23, 2009 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2009 with a visitation from noon until service time at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, Humane Society or Veterans Association.
Gale was born September 24, 1932 in Winchester, IL to Harold C. and Letha F. (Carey) Flynn. He married Gloria J. Dempsey on May 31, 1952 in Moline.
Gale was an equipment specialist for 37 years at the Rock Island Arsenal. He was in the U.S. Coast Guard for four years. Gale was a social member of the Moline Viking Club and Harley's and was also a member of the Svithiod Club, Moline.
