Hazel Martha Gaither

Hazel Martha Gaither, 94 of Silvis died May 18, 2006 at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 22, 2006 at Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-6 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline.
Burial will be in Hampton Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
Hazel was born May 3, 1912 in Wildhorse, CO to John and Eunice (Means) Sinnes. She married Harvey K. Gaither, Sr. on April 13, 1931 in Sharon Springs, KS. He preceded her in death in June of 1991.
Hazel was a devoted full time Methodist ministers wife, mother and grandmother.
Hazel was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline.

She was preceded in death by her husband, son Harvey Keith Gaither,Jr., sons-in-law Richard Tempel and Darrell Spellious, grandson Steven Tempel, great granddaughter Alisha Spellious, and two brothers and two sisters.
