Helen Kouba, 90, formerly of Moline,died February 15, 2004 at St. Anthony's Continuing Care Center in Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.
Helen was born November 14, 1913 in Iowa City, IA. to John and Sophie Swope Klein. She married Paul Kouba on November 25, 1931 in Iowa City. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1989.
Helen was a former sales clerk at the LaRose Shop in Moline.
