Iris Maxine Bartlett, 87, of Rock Island, died Friday, February 6, 2004 at Silver Cross Nursing Center, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be be Tuesday, February 10,2004 at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline,IL. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Colchester,Il. Memorials may be made to WDLM Radio or to First Evangelical Free Church, Moline.
Iris was born October 8, 1916 in Colchester, IL. to Clyde and Bessie Martin Calvert. She married John A. Bartlett on June 26, 1938 in Kahoka, MO. He preceded her in death on February 6, 1965.
Iris was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening. She was a member of First Evangelical Free Church for 40 years where she was a Sunday School teacher. In earlier years she was involved with the Women's Missionary Society of the church.
