J. Avodia Mickey

J. Avodia Mickey, 100 of Silvis formerly of Moline died December 14, 2005 at Illini Restorative Care, Silvis, IL.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2005 with a visitation one hour prior to service time at First Lutheran Church, Moline. Burial will be at Rose-Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline. Memorials may be made to First Lutheran Church.
Avodia was born April 18, 1905 in Gladstone, IL to Oscar and Anna (Johnson) Malmburg. She married Robert Mickey on June 22, 1940 in Cedar Rapids, IA. He preceded her in death on April 2, 1978.
Avodia was employed by the Augustana Book Concern.
Avodia was a member of First Lutheran Church, Moline where she belonged to the Lutheran Church Women. She was also a member of the Mothers Hospital Circle of the former Lutheran Hospital.
