James W. Glenn, 60, of Moline, IL, died Monday, June 20, 2016, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2016, at the funeral home.
James was born on April 3, 1956, in Moline, IL, the son of James H. and Betty B. Webb Glenn. He married Kathleen Lewis in Colona, IL, on September 19, 1993. He was a teamster member and worked as a mill operator for Nichols Aluminum in Davenport, IA.
James really enjoyed Dad’s Club Softball. He especially loved to follow his children’s sports activities and musical endeavors. He was their number one fan.
Survivors include his loving wife, Kathleen Glenn, 3 daughters, Keely Glenn, Meaghan Glenn, and Juliaene Glenn, all of Moline; sisters, Brenda Parks, East Moline, IL, Susan King, Sioux City, IA, Laurie Keehn, East Moline, IL; 2 brothers, Donald (Faith) Glenn, Sioux City, IA, and Steven Glenn, Moline, IL; sister-in-law, Ana Parks, Colona, IL; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jim Parks.
