James R. Grant, 54, of East Moline, IL, died Friday, April 24, 2015, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2015, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Bethany Baptist Church.
James was born on April 6, 1961, in Moline, IL, the son of Ray and Delta Anderson Grant. He previously worked as a janitor for Transitions in Rock Island.
James was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and enjoyed volunteer work. He also enjoyed making crafts and playing cards and Bingo. James loved nature and music.

Sister Mary (Wayne) Hill East Moline, IL
He was preceded in death by his parents.
