James R. Haynie, 56, of East Moline, died September 20, 2007 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 11a.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be Monday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
James was born August 24, 1951 in Moline to James and Betty (Doxey) Haynie. He married Cynthia Boone on July 20, 1974.
James worked for 31 years at John Deere retiring as an engineering analyst. He also worked in the delivery department for Car Quest.
James enjoyed golfing, playing billiards and riding his Harley. He loved spending time with his grandson Austin who lovingly called him "Papas".
