Jim was born January 6, 1957 in Chicago, IL. to James and Etta V. Robertson. He married Virginia Bertram on July 5, 1991 in Rock Island.
Jim was employed by Old Reliable Roofing for 15 years and as a welder for 4 years.
Jim was an auto enthusiast who liked to collect and restore old cars and trucks and he also loved motorcycles. He enjoyed gardening and liked to be outdoors.
