Janet Kay Just, 56 of Colona, passed away June 17, 2008 at Trinity Pathway Hospice, Bettendorf, IA.
Mass of Catholic Burial will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19th at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Colona. Visitation will be from 12:00 until service time at the church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.
Janet was born on August 29, 1951 in Belleville, IL the daughter of Jim and Mary Gendron Williams. She married David Just in 1970.
Janet was employed as a clerical secretary at Black Hawk College and later at Trinity Medical Center. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Colona. She enjoyed reading, baking, teaching, gardening and dearly loved her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children Jamie and Terri Just of Moline, Jeremy and Renae Just of Colona and Kelly and Ron Vroman of Taylor Ridge; 4 grandchildren Bryce, Erik, Abigail and Gabriel; her sister Patricia and Wayne Riggs and brother Jim Williams.
She was preceded in death by her step-father Jim, her father Earl Hall and her aunt and uncle John and Edna Lee.
