Jeffrey A. Tolley, Sr., 57, of Tampa, FL, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021, in Tampa.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, May 7, 2021, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.  The funeral will be live streamed and can be found on Jeff’s obituary page at www.esterdahl.com.  Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.  Face masks and social distancing will be required at the services.

Jeff was born on January 27, 1964, in Moline, the son of William and Hilaria (Granado) Tolley, Sr.  He was married for 31 years to Sandra Tolley (Spataro).  Jeff owned and operated his own Landscaping & Tree business for 18 years. He lived life to the fullest!

Survivors include his wife, Sandra; children, Jeffrey Tolley Jr., Illinois, Hillary Tolley, Tampa, Andrew Tolley, Tampa, & Alexander Tolley, Tampa; 4 grandchildren; Courtney Tolley, Brooklynn Tolley, Zoe Tolley & Lyla Tolley.  Parents, William and Hilaria; siblings, Melissa (Missy)  Hanney spouse of Scott Hanney, William Tolley, Jr. (Bill) , and Rebecca Tolley ( Becky)

The family invites you to a “Celebration of Jeffs life” at The Svithoid Club in Moline after the graveside service. In lieu of flowers, please bring a covered dish to share.
