Jeffrey “Jeff” Dean Lambrecht, 61, of Silvis, IL, died Monday, December 4, 2017, at Park Vista Retirement Living, East Moline, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. with a prayer service at 4 p.m. Friday, December 8, 2017, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center.
Jeff was born on January 8, 1956, in Moline, IL, the son of Albert and Phyllis Batten Lambrecht. He earned his Bachelor Degree from Western Illinois University. He worked as a Supply Management Specialist for John Deere Harvester Product Development, retiring on August 16, 2016, after 18 years. He married Donna Jochim on October 1, 2016, in Moline, IL.
Jeff was an avid golfer and has achieved 8 holes in one throughout his life. He also had a great love for boating. He especially enjoyed summer outdoor concerts and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Jochim, Silvis, IL; father, Albert (Linda) Lambrecht; mother, Phyllis Batten Metz; brothers, Thomas Lambrecht and Andrew Lambrecht; nephew, Jackson Lambrecht; his beloved companion for 20 years, his pet cockatiel, Skippy.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Melvin Metz and niece, Maggie Lambrecht
