Jennifer Nicole Owens, 29, of Moline, IL, died Thursday, September 26, 2013, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City, IA.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at, Heritage Church, 4801 44th Street, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Memorials may be made to her family.
Jennifer was born on October 24, 1983, in Silvis, IL, the daughter of Robert Lee and Deborah Jean (Doyle) Petersen, Jr. She married Robert Owens on May 15, 2004, in Colona, IL.
Jennifer worked at Skip-A-Long before starting her own in-home, Little Loves Day Care. She enjoyed shopping and was a fan of the Chicago Cubs baseball team. Jennifer especially loved spending time with her children. She would always attend her son's baseball games and her daughter's dance classes. More than anything, Jennifer loved her children, family, and friends.
