Jessie Sanders, 75, of Carbon Cliff, IL, died Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at her home.
Memorial Services will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2012 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
Jessie was born on September 2, 1936 in Fountain Green Township, IL, the daughter of Jess and Tressey (Lovell) Hoover. She married Alfred F. Sanders on September 24, 1953 in Arkansas. He preceded her in death on September 1, 2008. Jessie worked in the cafeteria at Illini Hospital retiring in 2002. She was currently serving as a Village Trustee for Carbon Cliff, a position she has held for numerous years.
