John E. Beechamp, 56, of East Moline, IL, died surrounded by his family on Monday, August 12, 2013, at Unity Point Health - Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, IL.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rock Island Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to his family.
John was born November 4, 1956, in Moline, IL, the son of Clifford and Wanetta (Hardy) Beechamp. He married Jacqueline S. Keim on April 26, 1979, in Silvis, IL. She preceded him in death on February 10, 2005, in Rock Island, IL.
John had previously worked at numerous meat packing plants. John was also an avid fisherman and hunter. He played pool and bowled on a league for a lot of years. To John, no one was a stranger.
