Joseph "Joe" H. Condrack, 67, of Rock Island, died June 3, 2009 at his home.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, June 8, 2009 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-5 p.m. with a Masonic service at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Moline.
Joe was born March 9, 1942 in Rock Island to Carlos "Cully" and Edith (Hoff) Condrack. He married Judy Kinnamon on March 11, 1978 in Rock Island.
Joe was employed at Farmall for 21 years and worked in the logging business for 13 years. He was also a truck driver for Ruan Trucking.
Joe graduated from Moline High School in 1960. He was a member of Doric Lodge #319 A F and A.M.,Moline for 29 years.
Joe was a nature lover. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and sitting around the campfire with his family, friends and his three dogs, who he loved and went everywhere with him. He was an avid NASCAR fan.
Joe's life was devoted in providing for his family. His legacy that he left was "a curiosity about life, a hunger for knowledge, a passion for the outdoors, an example of a life whose riches owe little money, a sense that anything is possible if you work hard?he was the true model of what a father should be".
