Joyce A. Anthony, 62, of Carbon Cliff, IL, died Thursday, September 28, 2017, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2017, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rock Island Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
Joyce was born on February 6, 1955, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Clifford and Wanetta Hardy Beechamp. She married Kenneth White on June 14, 1985. She worked as a CNA for Life Care Centers of America.
Joyce was a member of Heritage Church. She enjoyed helping others and spending time with family.
Survivors include her significant other, Charles Kett, AZ; children, Dianna (Jayder) Downing, East Moline, IL, Beckie (Jeff Silver) Sherfey, Carbon Cliff, IL, James Severns, Davenport, IA, and Nicole Abraham, East Moline, IL; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Mary (Gary) Jared, East Moline, IL, and Sharon (Scott) Barrow, FL; several nieces and nephews; step mother, Helen Beechamp, Silvis, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Jeremiah Jernigan; and brothers, Jimmy Lee, Donald, and John.
