Judith M. Hamrick, 70, of Preemption, passed away, October 4, 2020, at her home.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial of cremains will be at Windsor Gardens Cemetery, Dutton, VA. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline is assisting the family.
Judith was born on January 1, 1950, in Maine, the daughter of David Louis and Phyllis Theresa (Pomerleau) Lampron. She married Lewis Clyde Hamrick on March 4, in Williamsburg, VA. She attended Madam VO’s private school in Roanoke, VA. She enjoyed music and painting.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis Clyde Hamrick; children, John Terrell Tinsley, Bambi Jo Nicely, Kimberly Dawn Barnett, Matthew Wayne Vaughan; grandchildren, Emily Ann Mayhew, Dylan Chase Barnett, Robert John Barnett, and Tyler Beechamp; siblings, Ann Luka, and David Nathan Stewart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Wayne Vaughan, mother, Phyllis Theresa Rakestraw.
