Julie Ann Conway, 83, of Moline died April 26, 2007 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m.Monday, April 30, 2007 at the Reformed Evangelical Free Church, 3303-60th Ave., Moline. Per her wishes, Mrs. Conway's body had been donated to the University of Iowa Anatomy Department for scientific study. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. assisted the family.
Julie was born February 12, 1924 in Aurora, IL to Henry Ensminger and Helen Filip. She was adopted by Joseph and Julia Wargo as a small child. She moved to Moline in 1949. She married Daniel F. Conway on February 4, 1949 and he preceded her in death on June 25, 1974.
She loved dancing and gardening.
Julie is survived by her son Dan F. Conway, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Norristown, PA her younger son James A. Conway and his wife Larren of Clearwater, FL , 2 grandchildren and long time companion Ray Surber.
