Justin Dilly

Justin C. Dilly, 36, of Port Byron, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.  Memorials may be made to his family for a fund to be established in Justin’s name at a later date.

Justin was born on August 22, 1982, in Moline, the son of Harvey and Jeanette (Markham) Dilly.    He attended United Township High School.  He married Pam Bonynge on July 29, 2006, at the Edgington Presbyterian Church.  He had been employed as a welder with John Deere Davenport Works for 15 years.  He was a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan and liked playing baseball, he enjoyed bowling and working on cars, especially Mustangs.  He also spent much of his time at the Cordova Dragway.  Justin had a wonderful sense of humor and was a kind and tender person.

Survivors include his wife, Pam; mother, Jeanette Markham, Bettendorf; father, Harvey Dilly, Port Byron; sister, Molly (William Murphy) Hodge, Port Byron; nephew, Liam Murphy; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents
