Karen Kay Bohannon

Karen Kay Bohannon, 79, of Silvis, passed away, March 4, 2025, at Generations at Rock Island.

Per the family’s wishes, there are no services to be held. Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Moline are assisting the family.

Karen was born on April 30, 1945, in Sterling, IL, the daughter of Wilma (Cooper) and Joe Hoke. She married Jerry Bohanon in Rockford, IL in 1965; they later divorced.

Survivors include her sons, Kevin and Craig Bohannon, and 7 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
