Kathleen "Kathy" M. Stahl, 63, of Cambridge, IL, passed away Monday, February 29, 2016, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, IL.
Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the Kathy Stahl Memorial Foundation. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Kathleen was born on May 24, 1952, in Kewanee, IL, the daughter of Howard "Hob" Stahl and Donna Roberts Stahl. She graduated from Cambridge High School in 1970. She worked for Moline Public Hospital later known as Trinity for 45 years, retiring in October of 2015.
Kathy enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She rarely missed her nieces or nephews sporting events, dance routines, queen pageants, or any of their many activities. Family vacations all over the country usually included the entire clan. She enjoyed traveling with best friends, Kay and Bruce, to such places as Germany, an Alaskan cruise, and just floating at the lake.
Survivors include her brother, Gary (Joyce) Stahl, Cambridge, IL; nephew, Adam (Alison) Stahl, AZ, and their children, Marissa and Landon; nephew, Aaron Stahl and Kristen Hays, Cambridge, IL, and children, Karter and Peyton Hays; brother, Larry (Wanda) Stahl, Cambridge, IL; niece, Lana (Darren) McDonough, Cambridge, IL, and their children, Olivia, Drake, and Gavin; nephew Lonny (Naomi) Stahl, Cambridge, IL, and their children, Colton and Carmen; sister, Lori Johnson, Cambridge, IL; nephew, Brandon (Amanda) Johnson, and their children, Caden and Lucas; nephew, Blake Johnson; niece, Katelyn.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
