Kimberly N. Taylor

Kimberly N. Taylor, 42, of Rock Island passed away at her home on Sunday, May 28, 2023.

Given her wishes private services will be held at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Entombment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Moline.  Memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare Center.

Kimberly was born on March 20, 1981, in Rock Island, the daughter of Rodney and Carolyn Juedes Taylor.  She was employed as a chemist in research and development with Merck.  Kimberly graduated high school from Boyd-Buchanan in Chattanooga, Tennessee and later from Belmont University in Nashville.  She enjoyed sports, especially softball.  She traveled the world on Mission trips including Costa Rica and New Zealand.  Kimberly loved Disney World and went on her final trip in November of 2022, which completed her bucket list.

Survivors include her parents; Carolyn Taylor of Rock Island and Rodney (Cyndie) Taylor of Tempe, AZ and her brother, Shane Taylor.
