Larry Brown

Lawrence R. “Larry” Brown, 60, of Rock Island, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Larry was born on January 20, 1958, in Fort Madison, Iowa, the son of Larry E. and Barbara A. (Masengarb) Brown.  He married LaDonna M.  Kelley on September 25, 1992, in Rock Island.  Larry was the owner and operator of B & B Rentals in Moline.  He enjoyed being outdoors, camping and fishing, and he loved his pine trees.  He was someone who always liked to stay busy.  Above all, he enjoyed his time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, LaDonna; sons, Keith (Rose) Brown, Moline; James (Valerie Quick) Brown, Aledo; mother, Barbara Brown, Rock Island; grandchildren, Stephanie, Emily, Tammy, David, Seth, Nicole, Madison, Kevin and Sydney; sister, Sherry Brown, Rock Island; brother, Richard (Linda) Brown, Geneseo; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
