Larry Wigant

Larry Wigant, 67, of Milan, Illinois, passed away, October 6, 2023, at Trinity Hospital.

Private graveside services will be held at Western Township Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the family. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory Ltd. Moline is assisting the family.

Larry was born on August 17, 1956, in Geneseo, Illinois, the son of Harley and Mary Ann (Anderson) Wigant. Larry worked for DNW Construction for the past 12 years as an operator. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his dogs Wrigley and Susie, and loved all Chicago sports, most known for being a die-hard Cubs fan. Larry was also a member of the Methodist Church in Orion, Illinois.

Survivors include his 3 sons Damon, Robert, and Richard Wigant; Sister Debra (Dan) Slater, niece Crystal (Jason) Terry and nephew Kyle (Ashley) Slater.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a niece Ashley, and special friend Sandy Spencer.
