Laura K. Tedell Enloe, 52, of Moline, IL, formerly of Port Byron and Rapids City, died Sunday, June 2, 2013, at Trinity Rock Island.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to your local animal shelter.
Laura was born on November 28, 1960, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Martin J. and Lillian "Sunny" (Sundquist) Tedell. She married Barry Enloe on May 22, 1982, in Moline. Laura graduated from Moline High School in 1978 and later attended Black Hawk College. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician for the former Moline Public and Lutheran Hospitals for 14 years. After that, she worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Option Care in Moline, State of IL Dept. of Human Services, and then as a Records Clerk for the East Moline Correctional Center. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, antiques, and cooking. She also enjoyed outdoor activities such as snowmobiling, skiing, and boating on the river. Laura was very proud of her Swedish Heritage and above all, loved spending time with her sons and her dog, Sadie.
