Laurelie L. Reddy, 78 formerly of Orion, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2005 at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley, IL following an extended illiness.
Services will be held 10a.m. Wed., June 8, 2005 at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd., Orion. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Western Township Cemetery, Orion, IL.
The former Laurelie Lavonne Shreffler was born March 31, 1927 in Tonti Township, Marion County, IL to Harry and Rhea (Nichols) Shreffler. She was a graduate of Wilmington High School. She married Thomas Joseph Reddy October 26, 1946 in Wilmington, IL. He died September 2, 2000. She had been a homemaker and later was an Avon represenative. She enjoyed researching her family's history and spent many years in that endeavor. She had traced members of her family back many generations.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, her son Terrence Reddy, a grandson, Thomas William Reddy and two brothers, Aaron Shreffler and Harry Junior Shreffler.
