Lois C. Eckman

Lois C. Eckman, 80, of Bettendorf, IA formerly of Bonita Springs, FL died April 1, 2008 at Rosewood Care Center, Moline.
Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Services will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. is assisting the family.
Lois was born November 15, 1927 in Lincoln, IL to Clair W. and Lucille A. (Stoll) Brown. She married Jim Eckman on July 1, 1951 in Springfield, IL.
Lois graduated from Millikin University, Decatur, IL where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi. She was a high school teacher for the Sangamon School District. Lois was an avid gardener and decorator and she enjoyed playing tennis.
