Lois S. Ferreri age 77 of Orion died Monday, April 26, 2004 at Illini Hospital, Silvis, IL.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2004 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Orion. Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 p.m. at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home Ltd., Orion. Burial will be at Western Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Lois S. Schaeffer was born May 30, 1926 in Neilsville, MN the daughter of Earl and Clara Mjolsness Schaeffer. She married Samuel Ferreri on December 31, 1943 in East Moline, IL. He preceded her in death in 1986.
Lois was employed as a cosmetologist. She was also employed at Desaulniers in Moline. In 1988, she retired after 23 years from John Deere DSC, Moline.
Lois was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Orion, where she was a Friendly Stiticher of the church. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great granddaughters.
