Loretta M. Pearsall

Loretta M. Pearsall, 86, of Milan, died April 20, 2008 at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Disabled American Veterans, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Loretta was born December 7, 1921 in Orion, IL to Bert and Charlotte (Washburn) Johnson. She married Loren Pearsall on July 10, 1947 in Moline. He preceded her in death on August 31, 1993.
Loretta was a WWII Army Veteran serving in the U. S. Army Nurse Corp. She obtained her pilots license while she was in the service.
Loretta was an occupational Registered Nurse for 30 years at International Harvester. She was a member of the Silvis Eastern Star. She enjoyed fishing and all sports especially baseball and the White Sox.
