Loretta Lee "Lori" Southern, age 69 of Rock Island died Friday, August 24, 2007 at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 27, 2007 at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Burial is in Rose-Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline.
Loretta was born January 12, 1938 in Moline, the daughter of Claude and Mildred (Duncan) Buckley. She married Roy William Southern on December 15, 1973 in Rock Island.
Loretta was employed at the Don E. Williams Co. and the Hastey Tastey Food Shop. She loved to crochet and play bingo. Loretta was a loving wife and mother.
