Louella Mae Jones, age 72 of Sherrard died Monday, April 11, 2005 at home.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 15, 2005 at Cable Community Church. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home Ltd.. Orion. Burial is at the German Cemetery, rural Sherrard.
Louella was born June 14, 1932 to Harry and Helen Unterkircher.
She attended Camp Creek rural school and Sherrard High School.
She married Charles Cummings on July 12, 1951. They had 2 sons, David and Dennis.
She later married Donald L. Jones on September 26, 1965. Donald died on July 23, 1992.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. She enjoyed playing bingo with friends and family.
Survivors are: sister, Louise Hutcheson, Gordon, NE; 2 sons, David Cummings,Sherrard; Dennis Cummings, Viola;2 nephews, Jeremy Hutcheson and Bill Unterkircher; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, George and David.
