Luella M. Potter, 80 of Silvis died September 9, 2004 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, September 13, 2004 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moline. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Esterdahl Mortuary, Ltd., Moline. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
Luella was born April 14, 1924 in Tipton, IA to Edgar and Mildred Spencer Hintz. She married Norman Potter on October 4, 1942 in Kahoka, MO.
Luella was a bookkeeper/secretary for Wolverton Plumbing retiring in 2000.
Luella was a Sunday school teacher and Superintendent for Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
She was a member of American Legion Auxilary, East Moline #227.
She enjoyed dancing, gardening, playing the organ and spending time with her grandchildren.
