Madeline M. Aldene, 95, of Moline, died October 25, 2009 at Heartland Healthcare Center, Moline.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29th with a visitation one hour prior at First Evangelical Free Church, Moline. There will be a graveside service at 12 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30th at Linwood Park Cemetery, Boone, IA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Evangelical Free Church, Moline. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. is assisting the family.
Madeline was born February 24, 1914 in Boone, IA to August Edward and Hulda Albertina (Nelson) Anderson. She married Oscar Theodore Aldene on May 10, 1958. He preceded her in death on January 3, 1965.
Madeline was employed at First Evangelical Free Church, Moline as a secretary. Prior to working at her church she was a teacher for fourteen years.
Madeline was a member of First Evangelical Free Church where she taught Sunday school for 21 years, was a youth sponsor, Women's Missionary Society, C.E. Board, Pulpit Committee, Camp counselor and a deaconess.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband her siblings Lloyd Anderson and Eloise Kirk and a nephew William Kirk.
