Margaret E. Knox-Frank, 96, of East Moline, IL, died Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis, IL.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hampton Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Genesis Hospice, Mooseheart, or to Moline Depot Preservation.
Margaret was born on May 5, 1916, in Port Byron, IL, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Vick) Fulscher.
She married Stanley E. Frank on December 17, 1992, in Mesa, AZ. She owned and operated Kozy Beauty Shop in Moline. Margaret loved ballroom dancing. She had been a member of the Moose Lodge, most recently the Geneseo Chapter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ray Fulscher; and sister, Agnes Leenknecht.
