Marion M. Crane, age 96, of Eagan, MN, formerly of Moline, died Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at United Hospital, St. Paul, MN.

Memorial Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013, at First Covenant Church, 3303 41st Street, Moline, IL. Visitation is from 12:00-1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Private family burial has already taken place. Memorials may be made to First Covenant Church, Moline or to Arrowhead Ranch. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd, Moline is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Marion was born May 23, 1917, in Moline, the daughter of Allen and Anna (Anderson) Johnson. She married William H. "Bill" Crane on August 8, 1953 in Moline. He preceded her in death on March 23, 1987.

Marion was employed as a school teacher in the Moline Public School System for 33 years, retiring in 1979. She was a member of First Covenant Church, where she was confirmed on June 1, 1930. She was a 1935 graduate of Moline High School. Marion received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Ambrose University in 1942 and her Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1950. She was a member of King's Daughters, S.K.M. and A.A.U.W.
